Wishlist Time

Crafted up this wishlist since I'm a tiny bit crazy and like to stay up on Photoshop instead of sleep. Pretty much asking for a brand new closet for Fall & Winter, and realize I have some majorcloset cleaning to do. (If you're interested in purchasing anything, visit here or here). Sunshine

I love a good yellow dress. Especially when paired with red! This is a bit of a redundant purchase since I already have a similar short sleeve version. But that's totally different, right? That's what I thought :) Also- my hair is finally feeling long-ish. I've been growing it out for so long now and it's certainly been taking its sweet time. Wanna see me with a curly bob? Okay, that's done with. Now let's move on..


Speaking of Sunshine, have you see the movie? I saw it last week with Ty and it still haunts me sometimes.

Whew! What a hot week! Portland has been hitting the 100s this week, but the funny thing is I'm already in fall mode. It's probably due to the fact that fall & 'back-to-school' marketing has begun, and I'm a real sucker for that stuff. In the mean time, I'll try and wear as many sleeveless dresses as I can since scarf & tights weather is just around the corner!

Oh, boy! What a fun day. I met up with cutie Rachel, from Adore More (amazing blog. you'll love her), & we had the cutest little lady date at Bliss Bake Shop. Such a cute bakery, and they even sell adorable crafty bits & bobs (just wait til you see it!). Sweetest afternoon ever!

Hey, Sailor!

This is a very nautical post! Not just because it involves a sailor dress (big surprise), but it also stars a lipstick from the MAC 'Hey, Sailor!' collection. It's pretty bright, so I haven't worn it alone yet (I usually tone it down with another lipgloss) but it's definitely a fun color. Yay for nautical things!

And as if the Spring/Summer collection isn't enough to be excited about, the Fall 2012 collection has been gradually popping up in the internet, and now that I've compiled most of it (can my heart handle more?)..  I must share!

How have I not talked about this dress yet? It's amazing! It's lovingly handmade by a local designer/blogger from my town, Velvet Bird, who you need to go check out if you haven't already. Seriously.

I'm wearing it with my new Dear Creatures x Melie Bianco bag. I actually never realized how large it was until I saw it in person! It's a lot bigger than what I'm used to, but it'd be perfect for school.. if I was still in school.. #aftergradlife. Anyway, didn't realize this outfit was so matchy matchy, but I'm okay with it. Ps, it's 100* IN PDX! Too hot.

My DC collection is getting out of control. In a good way! I'm absolutely in l.o.v.e with this latest addition. Just look at that lattice detailing! I think I've always said 'lattice' incorrectly. In my head, it sounds like ~lateese~. Extra fancy right? That's how I like it.
