The best navy.

This dress is such a dream.. cream piping, super soft fabric, topped off with a little bow! It was actually far from perfect when I first bought it (the top was HUGE in the most unflattering way.) So I took out my thread and needle and took in the sides by hand (not the most crafty)for a quick fix! Now I absolutely adore it.
