A dream come true!

What is blogging!? Sorry I've been mia for soo long! I've been super busy with a job, then that job ended, and I started a new one 2 days later. Let's just say waking up at 6am every day is a tricky thing to do.

Anyway, my closet has been rapidly growing in the time I've been gone (what else is new)! And one of my most favorite additions is this Madeline Dress by you know who. I've wanted the original dress for.. oh... what seems like forever. And once I found out they were re-releasing it this fall, I just about died! The collar is a little different from the original, but oh man, it is such a dream to wear.

Wishlist Time

Crafted up this wishlist since I'm a tiny bit crazy and like to stay up on Photoshop instead of sleep. Sunshine

I love a good yellow dress. Especially when paired with red! This is a bit of a redundant purchase since I already have a similar short sleeve version. But that's totally different, right? That's what I thought :) Also- my hair is finally feeling long-ish. I've been growing it out for so long now and it's certainly been taking its sweet time. Wanna see me with a curly bob? Okay, that's done with. Now let's move on..


Speaking of Sunshine, have you see the movie? I saw it last week with Ty and it still haunts me sometimes.

Whew! What a hot week! Portland has been hitting the 100s this week, but the funny thing is I'm already in fall mode. It's probably due to the fact that fall & 'back-to-school' marketing has begun, and I'm a real sucker for that stuff. In the mean time, I'll try and wear as many sleeveless dresses as I can since scarf & tights weather is just around the corner!

Oh, boy! What a fun day. I met up with cutie Rachel, from Adore More (amazing blog. you'll love her), & we had the cutest little lady date at Bliss Bake Shop. Such a cute bakery, and they even sell adorable crafty bits & bobs (just wait til you see it!). Sweetest afternoon ever!

Hey, Sailor!

This is a very nautical post! Not just because it involves a sailor dress (big surprise), but it also stars a lipstick from the MAC 'Hey, Sailor!' collection. It's pretty bright, so I haven't worn it alone yet (I usually tone it down with another lipgloss) but it's definitely a fun color. Yay for nautical things!
