WOAH! No tights or cardigan? It was a treat to get a day that actually feels like summer today in Portland. I just picked up this dress yesterday, and it's kinda funny since I wasn't planning on getting it at all! I just couldn't resist since it was on sale + I love the color. I paired it with my Seychelles bow flats!
